Designation:
HUMAN RESOURCE RECRUITER INTERNSHIP
Duration- 6 month
➢ For the first 3 months you will be trained through all the theoretical and practical aspects needed to be a full-
fledged HR Recruiter.
➢ For the subsequent 3 months, you’ll be required to work as an HR Recruiter fulfilling the below-mentioned duties

Internship registration Date - 15 June 2022
Internship Start Date - 1 August 2022
Stipend: After 3 months, i.e. from the 4th month stipend will be provided of rupees 1,000/- only if you hire a minimum of 20 candidates in a month.

INTERNSHIP IS FULL BASED ON PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
:
✓ Collaborating with the HR department to determine staffing needs and
sources of recruitment to be considered.
✓ Drafting JD & JS for the assigned job roles.
✓ Sourcing candidates from various job portals.
✓ Screening and shortlisting job applications and resumes.
✓ Conducting telephonic or video interviews and maintaining constructive
feedback thereafter.
✓ Record-keeping and storing the database of applicants and new hires.
✓ Preparing and issuing offer letters and ensuring smooth onboarding.
✓ Resolving candidates’ queries and presenting a customizable internship
program to them, if possible in any way.
✓ Networking with various institutions and universities through social media
to fill vacant positions.
