Role & Responsibility
✓ Post jobs for the vacant positions.
✓ Record keeping of candidates’ details.
✓ Screen potential and eligible candidates.
✓ Contact prospective candidates to schedule interviews.
✓ Conducting telephonic interviews in accordance to the assigned job role.
✓ Complete the formalities of onboarding the selected candidates.
✓ Addressing and resolving candidates’ request and queries.
✓ Report to the assigned Team Mentor.
➢ Candidates pursuing Undergraduate studies /Postgraduate studies in the field of Management or Commerce / Working Professionals for skill upgradation.
